latest guidelines on treating motion sickness

The latest guidelines on treating motion sickness have just been released from Health Canada.

Dimenhydrinate (Gravol) is first-line. It's best for mild motion sickness, but patients need to take it every 4-6 hours.

Use promethazine (Histantil) or meclizine (Bonamine) as alternatives. Keep in mind that promethazine can be very sedating.
