It's a topical gel that combines adapalene 0.1% (Differin) with benzoyl peroxide 2.5% (Acetoxyl, etc). It's called Epiduo in the U.S.

Adapalene is a topical retinoid similar to tretinoin. Adapalene 0.1% works as well as tretinoin 0.025% but causes less skin irritation...redness, dryness, burning, etc.
